Biography
Heba Jabarin began her career as an English teacher. Over 18 years in education, she has worked as a coordinator and led educational projects in Jordan and the UAE.
She evaluates schools, operates educational institutions, provides consultations and trains teachers and school leaders, with specialist curriculum experience. She is a co-founder of Tilmidh in the UAE, the first platform for oversight and inspection.
She founded OTUOR after seeing teachers asked to work with frameworks and standards without training in what they mean or how to measure what their students have actually achieved.
